- Orion (Thyrsus, Apostate) – Hierarch (Status: Consilium 5, Mysterium 2)
- Ceridwen (Acanthus, Guardians of the Veil) (Status: Consilium 5, Guardians of the Veil 3)

The Consilium of Anglesey currently has no representative of the Mastigos Path within its ranks.
Orion, Hierarch of Anglesey, considered by many to be one of the most puissant mages within Britannia - if not the world - at his prime, is whispered to be a shadow of his former self. Eschewing the Mysterium to walk the road of the Apostate shortly after the Cataclysm of 2000, he has spent most of his time since then in silent contemplation and ritual, trying to re-awaken the ties of communications between the mages of Britannia.
Orion has served on the Council within Anglesey in some degree or other since the late 1960s, when he became Herald to the Council, he ascended to the Thyrsus Council seat in 1984 (having seen at least three others take the seat in his time) and became Hierarch in 1994.
Ceridwen is an Acanthus of the Guardians of the Veil. Of the Council she was the hardest hit by Aquila's betrayal and subsequent death, due to their close working relationship; as the youngest member of the Council she was sponsored into it by the Mastigos in 1998. Since then she has been seen little, except at official gatherings, and has taken to solitude in her Library. She's known to be accomplished with Time magic primarily, having a reputation as a seer, and also with Life and Matter, an accomplished alchemist.
The mage known simply as 'X' never chose his own Shadow Name. He simply never spoke one, ever, for the first five years of his time in Anglesey. He definitely embodies the 'coin' aspect of the Watchtower of the Lead Coin; anything can be bought, life, death, the afterlife, for the right price. The 'name' came from the fact that he would only ever sign contracts, documents, markers with a single cursive letter X. The Moros Councilor of Anglesey is known for creating a thriving trade in, well, just about anything... through his markets. He is known to be skilled with the Fate Arcanum, and especially talented with those powers which allow the magical enforcement of Oaths and Contracts. For a time he served as a Provost to Orion, before ascending to his Council seat in 1996.
Little is known about Uzziel, the softly spoken Obrimos. He is rarely seen far from the Council Chantry itself - and is often to be found wandering Ynys Seiriol itself, silent and alone. He speaks little, and acts even less often, although when he does act it is with determination and force. He is known to have a deep personal loyalty towards Orion, something neither of them speak of, but the bond between the two is felt.
He is known to be a Master of Prime, and spends much of his time tending to the hallow on Ynys Seiriol - he is also skilled with the Arcanum of Forces, but few know to what degree. He is the second longest serving member of the Council, preceded only by the Hierarch, after taking his seat on it in 1990. He is a powerful force in the Duel Arcanum, and has been seen in it three times since his ascent to the Obrimos seat, always competing with a glowing shield of Prime energy and a sword of fire.
The Lex Magicus of Anglesey (circa 2006AD)
- The Mysteries are not for the Unawakened; do not reveal them to those who Sleep through word, deed, writings or trace of magic. All within the Consilium are charged with the protection of the Veil, both from their own actions and from the actions of others.
- Treat the Unawakened with due respect and care; within each living soul lies the potential of Awakening.
- Do not fuel the Abyss with foolish magics, or forsake Wisdom for power alone.
- Honor all vows and duties sworn to Cabal, Order, Consilium or fellow Willworker.
- A sworn Oath to Cabal grants fellowship within it. Each Cabal may deal Justice to its fellows, but no mage may deal out the punishment of Death. Only a unanimous vote of the entire Council may invoke this punishment
- Do not cause injury or murder to any rightfully invited guest within gatherings called by brother Cabal, Order or Consilium; the right to injure or kill another outside of cabal belongs only to those granted it by Consilium edict.
- When called for and agreed upon, the traditions of the Duel Arcane must be obeyed. Duels to the death are not permitted save with the blessing of the entire Council and in the most dire of need.
- Within Britannia, the servants of the Exarchs and the Abyss are granted no protection under Consilium law. Seers of the Throne, the Accursed, Tremere liches and any discovered to be in league with these heretical groups will be put to death by Consilium edict. Those found to harbor them will be subject to responsibility for their actions.
- The sanctity of another magus' residence is to be considered inviolate. To enter the Sanctum of another mage without welcome will be considered in direct violation of our laws under the Precept of Protectorate - should a Mage make his Sanctum known, then he will enjoy this protection. The Council will not protect those Sancta which they are not aware of under this Precept.
- This Council respects the bonds of the Master and Apprentice, and considers that bond to be inviolate. Once a student has been released from the tutelage of their Master, their former Master is responsible for their actions for a year and a day.
